Real skills, real progress, real results.
Warmur Academy exists to make system skills accessible to every heating engineer, so they can deliver better systems and build stronger businesses.
The heating industry is changing fast.
Regulations are tightening and lower temperature systems are becoming the standard for boilers as well as heat pumps.
The old ways of doing things - oversizing, rules of thumb and guesswork - no longer work.
Heating engineers need a whole system understanding to deliver efficient, reliable and compliant installations.
For years the industry has lacked a clear route to developing strong system design skills, even though they sit at the heart of the job.
Engineers who’ve mastered good hydronic design so far have had to piece it together themselves via peer-to-peer training sessions and books.
Warmur Academy's Hydronics Unlocked makes these career-changing skills available for every heating engineer.
No more heavy theory, hitting brick walls and losing momentum. We’ve built a practical, step-by-step route into these skills that is easy to master, bitesize and always engaging.
This isn't just another course that ends when you leave the classroom.
We've developed a method that engineers can apply on every job and the knowledge foundation that underpins it, so you can carry on building your technical expertise over the long term.
As the industry shifts, the role of the heating engineer is changing too.
Customers don’t just need an installer. They need someone who can guide them on the changes and offer a range solutions to suit.
We are equipping engineers with the skills to expand their service offer and become trusted advisors, supporting households with the right solutions at the right time and building lasting relationships.
